The rules of the photo contest

Our festival is celebrating its 18th birthday this year.
Do you have a picture taken at the Festival?
Post it on the Gran Bal Trad Facebook Group! On Gran Bal Trad of Vialfrè. To be clear here:
Use the hastag #postaevinci. The photo that by June 12 will reach the largest number of likes and shares will win lunch and dinner for free throughout the duration of the Festival.


The modalities of participation of the photo contest

1. Choose your own beautiful photo of the Festival.
2. Post it on the Gran Bal Trad Facebook Group and use the hashtag #postaevinci.
3. Try to recover as many likes and shares.
4. If at midnight on 06/12/2018 your photo will be the one with the largest number of likes and shares you will have won!

Who posted the winning photo, will receive lunch and dinner for free for the duration of the festival.


Privacy regulation and responsibility of the author

Each participant is responsible for the material presented by him in the competition and must comply with the Facebook Privacy Policy visible at the following link. Therefore, it undertakes to exclude any responsibility of the organizers of the aforementioned towards third parties, even against any subjects depicted in the photographs.

Each participant also declares to be the sole author of the images sent and that they are original, unpublished and not being published, which do not affect the rights of third parties and that if they portray subjects for whom consent or authorization is required, he has obtained.
The Grand Bal Trad does not acquire any of the posted images that will remain solely on the Facebook Wall of the Group and will not be used in any way by the Organization.

The rights to the photographs remain the exclusive property of the author who produced them.
