“Che Tango” trio… poetry in motion, timeless music: tango is a fever that from neighborhoods of Buenos Aires has spilled over into unexpected territories. The proposal of “Che Tango” is a philological journey of pleasant historical devotion that will not fail to amaze and bewitch. The protagonists of this musical poetic project, born and developed between Argentina and Italy, run a raid in the last decades of the history of the Tango.
A rhythmic path through melodies and movement, melodramas of three minutes or graceful “valsecitos” moved by the obsessive beat of ancient and modern traditions, from fleeting tangos under the starry skies of “La Boca” to the brilliant compositions of their direct modern-era heirs. The three musicians descend into the depths of a stylistic sense of unexpected dynamics, which, even before defining itself in musical language, is an intimate, existential, heartbreaking, and enveloping expression.
