Theatre-dance performer, teacher, dancer, and choreographer since 2007.
Certified A.N.M.B. dance teacher, trained in the Hassan method, and holder of a CID UNESCO diploma. She has studied various dance forms: Flamenco, Gipsy (Russian, Egyptian, Iraqi, Turkish, and Indian), Contemporary, and Oriental (Turkish, Persian, Indian). She has founded various dance companies and artistic centers, including the “Centro Artistico Idèal” and the “Baladi” dance school, artistic promotion associations that value the traditions and cultural developments of different communities.
Since 2013, she has collaborated with several musical groups: the Alexian International Group (Romani music), Li Straccapiazz (central-southern Italian music and dance), Virtù Project Manouche (ethno-Romani), Collegium Arniense (medieval music and dance), Collettivo Fattore M (spontaneous music), and she founded the Trio Manipura (world music and dance).
Among her most significant performances: the one dedicated to Egyptian traditions presented to the Egyptian embassy and representatives, “Cercando Sherazade” by and with Maria Strova, and “Al Andalus,” which tells the story of the Moors in Spain.
In 2014, she met Pejman Tadayon, with whom she explores Sufism and spirituality in dance, joining the “Pejman Tadayon Ensemble” as a dancer and choreographer.
In 2017, she became part of the historic group “Tamburi del Vesuvio” led by Nando Citarella.
She has participated in major television programs and has been invited as a performer and teacher to numerous festivals in Italy and abroad.
Her dance is a continuous research process, nourished and inspired by opposites: Earth/Sky, Tradition/Experimentation, Concreteness/Spirituality.
