PARTICIPATION FEES TO THE 2024 FESTIVAL
The participation fees for the Festival are differentiated according to whether the registration to the Gran Bal Trad Association is made in advance (online or through the Associations) or directly in Vialfré.
If you sign up to the Association in advance (by 24/06), by paying €20 immediately (online or through the Associations), you will be able to take advantage of a discount of up to about 25% on the Festival Participation fee that you will pay directly to Vialfrè.
Warning! We reserve the right to stop online registrations when the number we deem optimal has been reached to guarantee everyone the pleasure of the festival in the spirit and the good conditions in which it took place during the last edition.
However, it will always be possible to participate in the Festival by registering directly in Vialfrè, paying the relative fee.

These fees include membership to the Association Gran Bal Trad A.P.S. – E.T.S. and the related evenings (except Monday).

The Association membership fee of €20, paid in advance online or through the Associations, will be discounted from the Festival participation fee.
This fee of €20 is discounted from the festival participation fee only once.
Quotas referring to several days refer to consecutive days.
In accordance with current legislation, the membership fee for the Association (€20) is non-returnable and non-transferable.
Monday: if you arrive on Monday you will find great surprises: entry to the Festival from 11.00am instead of 2.30pm. Possibility to access the refreshment area already for lunch. Starting with the activities already in the afternoon: a concert, a dance pill, singing around the table, ensemble music workshop. Participation fee including evening concerts €15.
Refreshment area: completely reorganized. Kitchen inside the festival area.
Possibility to take every course or just what you want, paying only for what you take!
Evenings only, from 07:30PM onwards: 15 euro (For the evening concerts it is not necessary to be registered with the Association).
Music workshops: to take part in a music workshop there is an extra charge of 5 euro for each workshop (except for the vocal workshops that are free), to pay when you arrive at the festival. Reservations can be made directly in Vialfré.
Camping: the use of the campsite is free for members of the workshops. For those who want to use the campsite, participating only in the evenings, a contribution of 20 is required for the duration of the festival. All the users of the camping will be given a tag that must be displayed in a visible way in the camper or on the tent.
Discounts: children aged up to 15 enjoy free entry; discount of 50% for youngsters aged 15 to 24. Minors are admitted only if accompanied.
