Banda Brisca – Bal folk

Speciality

A band rooted in the hills of the high Monferrato and the Alessandria Apennines, with a sharp and stimulating sound.
A group with a sour and appetizing taste, as the name suggests, whose dance proposals gained popularity from the regions of southern Italy to all over Europe.
Their spontaneous and stimulating approach, made of passion for music and sense of the scene, give rise to not just a simple bal folk, but a show full of humor involving and solicits listening and participation.
A highly energetic instrumental and vocal proposal that has been performed for 24 years in the folk world with more than 1200 concerts throughout Europe.
BandaBrisca has released two CDs.

BandaBrisca is also a cultural association that develops initiatives on traditional dance (such as the festivals “Terra e Vino” and “BelinBal”) and collaborates in the organization of the festivals “Danzas” in Sardinia and the “Appennino Folk Festival” and is an active member of the organization “Gran Bal Trad”.
